Cools talks to Alla Kostromichova about her career in modeling and her agency Kmodels. Coming from humble beginnings, Alla — who has worked since she was 15 — didn’t believe she had the potential to be a model. She graduated from college with a degree in medical engineering and, shortly after, moved to Paris to pursue modeling. Appearing on runways in Milan and Paris fashion weeks, Alla has also been a host on Ukraine’s Next Top Model. Based in New York City, Alla believes that every girl who has modeling potential deserves to be seen. She wants models to escape from the rural agencies that use people’s lack of education to take advantage of them.
