Like a bomb, Ariana Grande dropped her “Thank U, Next” music video on us today, and we feel like we just saw God. Grande riffs on four classic rom-coms: Mean Girls, 13 Going On 30, Legally Blonde, and Bring It On. There were even a few cameo’s in the highly-anticipated video, including Jennifer Coolidge, Troye Sivan, and none other than our favorite momager Kris Jenner.
Grande pastes photos of her ex-boyfriends in a “thank u, next” version of the Burn Book from Mean Girls. She also replicated the talent-show scene with Jenner playing her self-aware stage mom—commit to memory her epic camcorder cameo and play it on repeat, people. The campy, tongue-in-cheek fun continued with a memorable scene at the nail salon with Coolidge. Grande spills the tea on ex-fiance Pete Davidson’s “really big” front teeth, and later, re-brands the famous bend and snap as the “thank u, next.”
