Katy Perry and Fans Show Love for Demi Lovato, Who is Stable After OD

Demi Lovato, 25, was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday, after what appeared to be a heroin overdose. Law enforcement officers told TMZ that Lovato was found unconscious in her home in the Hollywood Hills. She was treated with Narcan, an “emergency treatment for narcotic overdoses.”

As of last night, she is in stable condition and is conscious, according to a tweet by her aunt Kerissa Dunn. Dunn tweeted on Tuesday evening, “Demi is awake and responsive. She’s stable.”

Demi’s rep also told TMZ yesterday, “Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support. Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy …”

Now law enforcement sources are telling TMZ that Lovato overdosed after an all-night party. Members of Demi’s team were at her house when first responders showed up, but no one offered any information about the drugs she might have been using.

Fans and friends far and wide have showed an outpouring of love for Demi Lovato. Her aunt posted a photo of a sign in the London Underground station written about Demi, demonstrating what a huge impact she has on people who share similar struggles.

Fellow singer Katy Perry has voiced her love and support for Lovato early this morning.

Singer Kehlani reached out as well.

Bruno Mars tweeted some words of encouragement.

As did Lady Gaga and her little monsters.
