Gabriella Seviya, San Francisco-based content creator and stylist, juggles both a full-time job and her style blog, which is a carefully crafted curation of her best outfits and lifestyle and beauty tips. Despite her demanding work life, Seviya always makes time to nurture her infatuation with clothes—which often include thrifted treasures and a neutral color palette. It’s no surprise, then, that Seviya holds comfort above all else when getting dressed in the morning. Here, she shares how she manages to look and feel good on the daily, and the unexpected places she finds style inspiration.
Where do you live?
GS: “I currently live in the Bay Area, but not for much longer! I have some exciting things coming up in the next few months!”
Where are you favorite places to shop?
GS: “I can’t live without thrifting, so I definitely have to say Goodwill and Savers are my g0-to’s. I also love secondhand shops like Buffalo Exchange and Crossroads because I’m always recycling my clothes and love a good designer find for cheap!”
What brands are you loving right now?
GS: “I’m constantly pulling inspiration from places like Lisa Says Gah, & Other Stories, Urban Outfitters, By Far, Bershka, and The Line by K. I’m always looking for new independent brands!”
What are your go-to outfit essentials?
GS: “A solid pair of black, high-waisted, straight-leg jeans, block heel boots, and a ton of gold jewelry.”
Tell us your style philosophy.
GS: “I live by the line ‘look good, feel good’ so I have to love and feel confident in what I’m wearing. Nothing is worse than looking good but being uncomfortable all day. I used to believe it was one or the other, but the older I get, the more I realize my style is whatever I want it to be. I let my style flow in whatever direction my mood takes it that day. Getting dressed is so much more fun without rules!”
