Jimmy Choo has launched a co-ed line of “Diamond” sneakers for those seeking head-to-toe sparkle. The most expensive shoe in the women’s collection is nearly as expensive as diamonds, clocking in at a cool $3,995. The men’s version of the same shoe (which honestly looks pretty similar) is $5,500. Gulp.
Make no mistake, these sneakers are made to fulfill your fashion fantasies. “I imagined how it would feel to step into a multi-faceted diamond, playing with the sense of lightness and clarity the different angles reflect. It was from this idea the Diamond sneaker was born,” Sandra Choi, creative director at Choo, said in a statement.
Other shoes in the collection aren’t as extravagantly designed, but they are not cheap, either. An all-white calf leather sneaker with transparent patent soles will still set you back $895.
