She’s coming for you, Fenty Beauty…

After Fenty Beauty was celebrated for its unprecedented range of foundation shades — and Kylie Cosmetics was, in fact, roasted for its lack of darker shades — the young Kardashian empress has apparently seen, heard, and now, reacted.

The brand announced on social media Wednesday that it will be releasing a new line of Skin Concealers as part of its “Silver Series” on Dec. 13. The concealers will be sold in an array of 30 different shades, “from fair to deep dark.” As Fashionista pointed out in a comparison, MAC’s Studio Finish concealer is available in 23 shades, for a point of reference, and Nars’ Radiant Creamy Concealer comes in 16. Shade inclusivity is still fairly rare in the beauty world.

On Kylie’s Snapchat, she showed off the range of shades from Pearl, “for fair skintones,” to Jasper, “a rich mahogany for deep dark skintones,” also saying the concealers offer “medium coverage that’s super buildable.”

Rihanna seems to have kickstarted a small revolution, and fans are also excited because this is the first time Kylie Cosmetics has explored complexions, previously just featuring blushes and “Kylighters.” Could foundations be coming next? It looks like there’s a good chance.

Also, as part of the “Silver Series,” Kylie Cosmetics will be introducing a lipstick line for the first time in the brand’s history, with 20 shades available in silver-bullet packaging. December 13 is gonna be poppin’…
