The longtime broadcaster is denying claims brought against him by Eddie Fisher’s ex-wife.
Terry Richard, a former The Tolucan Times correspondent who was married to the late Eddie Fisher, came forward Monday saying she was groped by Larry King on multiple occasions. King, 84, has “flatly and unequivocally” denied the claims to People magazine.
Richard told Daily Mail TV the first alleged incident took place in 2005 while they were taking a photo together. “Larry slid his hand down from the middle of my back to putting his hand inside of my dress and it ended up with about three or four of his fingers in the crack of my ass, resting in the crack of my ass,” she said.
Richard, 63, claims the second time King allegedly sexually assaulted her was also during a photo when the longtime broadcaster squeezed her butt so firmly it left a bruise. “Larry King is a groper. He groped me twice,” she said. “He gets a thrill doing this in front of the camera, knowing I couldn’t do anything.”
The Daily Mail had received this denial letter from King’s attorney days before they published Richard’s allegations. “We represent Larry King. I am informed that you intend to publish a statement by a woman named Terry Richards that, 10 or more years ago, Mr. King supposedly ‘groped’ her at one or more baseball dinners,” the letter reads.
