As some of us say goodbye to our academics forever (or just for a mere summer), Moschino is already ringing the bell back into the school year. As a follow-up to their primary collaboration with Sephora a mere two years ago, the fashion house is yet again sprinkling their kitschy glory into the world of beauty, this time tugging on our nostalgic heart-strings with academia essentials.
The “office themed” collection may initially be a play on our cubicle supplies, but they’re more reminiscent of the items we used to scribble with as we day-dreamed through our middle school windows. The label’s latest collaboration with the beauty powerhouse includes a whole reinterpretation of your school supply list: a set of pencil-shaped brushes, highlighters shaped like literal highlighters, makeup sponges transformed into our least favorite erasers of yesteryear, and more.
Allure reports that Moschino debuted the collection in front of the lucky patrons of their annual Desert Party this weekend (where was my invite, though?). The brand’s ringleader, Jeremy Scott, also posted about the newest collab project on Instagram: “I have super exciting news for my beauty fans… I created a new makeup collection for Sephora!!!”
Want to get your hands on this playful line? Well, you won’t have to wait for long: the collab is slated to release in Sephora stores and on the Sephora website April 25.
