While it’s hard to believe, supermodel Naomi Campbell has hit yet another career milestone. A new video campaign released by Calvin Klein, revelas that Campbell is featured as one of the eight celebrity stars. In an Instagram post the model (and now YouTube celeb) gushed over her involvement in the campaign. “Who would have thought I’d be saying this after 33 years…,” she wrote. “Proud to be in #MYCALVINS #YESIAM.”
In a three-decade career, the 49-year-old model has broken dozens of barriers for black women in the fashion industry and maintained her status as one of the top models in the world. This latest campaign is proof that she is showing no signs of slowing down.
Other campaign stars include Bella Hadid (who has been in several Calvin Klein campaigns in the past), Diplo, Odell Beckham Jr., Beth Ditto, Jacob Elordi, Lay Zhang, and Jelly Lin. In the photos shot by Daniel Jackson, each model wears contrasting styles of the underwear to, as the brand explains, “blur the line between the public image and private realities” of the cast.
