In an earthshaking turn of events, Ariana Grande’s fiancé Pete Davidson quit Instagram on Monday. His account has been completely purged, save for two Instagram story videos.
His first Instagram story shows rapper Machine Gun Kelly smoking a blunt on a seemingly random porch. The video is captioned, “[Machine Gun Kelly] has arrived in Syracuse,” where Davidson is currently filming.

Davidson’s second Instagram story is a blacked out screen, with a written message to all who are wondering why his account has been wiped clean.
“No there’s nothing wrong. No nothing happened. No there’s nothing cryptic about anything. I just don’t wanna be on Instagram anymore. Or on any social media platform,” he said.
“The internet is an evil place and it doesn’t make me feel good. Why should I spend any time on negative energy when my real life is f—ing lit. The fact that I even have to say this proves my point. I love you all and I’m sure I’ll be back at some point. ? your neighborhood goon, Pete.”
