It seems Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson news happens daily — and even hourly — these days, and today is no disappointment. Page Six has reported that Queer Eye fashion guru Tan France will style Davidson for his wedding day.
“He asked if I’d help him, the answer is yes,” France said yesterday about the 24-year-old. France had worked with Davidson on Saturday Night Live earlier this year when the duo starred in a skit where France remade Davidson’s look, updating his “guido trash” style. At the time, the close makeover was to impress the SNL actor’s then-girlfriend Cazzie David’s family. France updated Davidson’s neon shirts and baggy sweatpants with tailored, chic coats and fitted denim. Boy, have things changed, considered Davidson and Grande’s whirlwind engagement after dating (at least publicly) since May.
When the Queer Eye star went on “Watch What Happens Live,” he told host Andy Cohen that he “just went shopping with [Davidson] a couple of days ago.” Tan France also congratulated the couple. “I’m very, very, happy for them. I couldn’t be more happy,” he said. “I think if anybody finds love, that’s amazing. I will always support that.”
Yesterday was Grande’s 25th birthday, and Davidson posted two very romantic Instagram dedications to the singer. The first photo was Davidson carrying Grande with the caption, “happy birthday to the most precious angel on earth! you’re my favorite person that ever existed 🙂 i love you sm ☁⚡?” The second post was the couple hugging with the caption, “one more for the queen. words can’t express what a real fucking treasure this one is ?”
