The United States is becoming more like a confusing, warped reality TV show by the day. KUWTK star Kim Kardashian met with (former reality TV actor) President Donald Trump, along with his senior presidential advisor and son-in-law Jared Kushner. The meeting of the minds took place yesterday at the White House, where Kardashian and Trump discussed the issue of prison reform.
“Great meeting with @KimKardashian today, talked about prison reform and sentencing,” the President tweeted with a photo of himself and KKW in the oval office following their meeting.

Yesterday, Kim rolled up her sleeves to help Alice Marie Johnson, a 62-year-old Great Grandmother and low-level drug offender who has served more than 20 years in prison. She tweeted, “Happy Birthday Alice Marie Johnson. Today is for you 🙏🏼✨.”
More tweets for Johnson came after the meeting.
“I would like to thank President Trump for his time this afternoon. It is our hope that the President will grant clemency to Ms. Alice Marie Johnson who is serving a life sentence for a first-time, non-violent drug offense,” Kim wrote, in between promoting appetite suppressants and culturally appropriating.
“We are optimistic about Ms. Johnson’s future and hopeful that she —and so many like her—will get a second chance at life.”
The meeting has been in a long time coming, since Kardashian hired OJ Simpson’s former attorney Shawn Holley last Fall to help free Johnson and Cyntoia Brown, another woman Kim believes was unfairly impacted by the prison system.
Social and political causes have become the fuel that keeps Kim’s fire burning. In an interview with MIC, she discussed how shopping for material goods doesn’t make her happy like it “used to.” Instead, Kim has taken up philanthropy as her latest hobby.
“If I could put the money into a shopping spree — which sounds ridiculous — to save someone’s life and do that once a year, then that would make my heart fuller.“
But as we know, Kim loves to serve #looks, and yesterday she was sure to dress the part of pseudo-politician in a demure (no low-cut tops or curve-hugging dresses here) black suit. She made sure not to skimp on style by adding a pair of bright (and on-trend) yellow stiletto heels to her “Konservative” social justice warrior look.
