Pyer Moss Wins The CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award


New York label Pyer Moss won the 15th edition of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award which was announced at the Brooklyn Yard.

 

The price is $400,000 including mentorship from industry professionals.

Previous recipients include Proenza Schouler, Alexander Wang and Altuzarra. The jury was helmed by Dame Anna Wintour followed by fashion colossus Diane von Furstenberg. 

 


Established in 2013 by Brooklyn-born Kerby Jean-Raymond, Pyer Moss has been gaining global recognition through its slick designs and collaboration with Reebok on a reboot of selected archive pieces.

The runners-up were also awarded for their outstanding work. Emily Adams Bode of menswear brand Bode and Jonathan Cohen went home with $150,000 each.
