Rouje Founder Jeanne Damas Is Introducing A Lipstick Line

Rouje founder and Paris-native Jeanne Damas is well-known for the feminine dresses she creates, and, of course, her “rouge” lips. Now, Damas is dipping her toes into the business of beauty with a new lipstick range.

The new cosmetic capsule collection, aptly named Le Rouje de Paris, was “inspired by Jeanne’s own daily beauty routine,” according to a statement from the brand. The offering features a quad palette with four different colors, each of which can be applied to the lips, cheeks and eyes. The same colors will also be available in matte, and will be served up in tubes of lipstick. According to WWD, each shade is named after a woman, preceded by a hashtag. #Jeanne is an apt shade of red, while #Emilie is more pink.

 

The full collection will be available exclusively on Rouje’s website and at 24 Sèvres starting on November 30th.
