We have been waiting for months to bring you the "Hey Flake", designed by Hey, one of the most awesome design and illustration studios these days. We loved the entire collaboration process and these are the ingredients to get to this point: It took us hours of fun, 47 emails, 13 different designs, 7 prototype samples and 2 photo shoots. Based in Barcelona, they work on finding exactly the right graphic solution for each project. These have included Apple, Monocle, MACBA, Vanity Fair, Penguin Random House and Vodafone. Working mainly with design and illustration, making brand identities and editorial projects. Hey style is defined by geometry, colour, typography and bold graphics. This is a mark which they also carry over into the team's personal projects. Last year first time in decades the population of tigers increased and WWF still have an ambitious target to double wild tigers numbers to at least 6,000 by 2022, the next Chinese Year of the Tiger. Great things happen when people work together. Introducing "Primordial" by designer Pedro Veneziano. Beautifully presented design expressing the nature in its pure form. The first collaboration of the year where Pedro sets the bar exceptionally high for the rest of the year. We immensely enjoyed working with Pedro who is hugely talented and truly inspiring person. Pedro's design is also part of the celebration of Look Mate's debut at London Fashion Week. From the Designer "This sock is a graphic expression of nature in its pure form. It's inspired by the simple things in nature, and the way their singularities can be evoked with the most basic shapes." Pedro is a young Brazilian graphic designer and illustrator. In 2015 he got his design degree at Unesp after a one-year program studying at Parsons, in New York. Using his work, he aims to create a singular language that flows through different medias and to explore unexpected directions in graphic design.
