Tyga Says He Gave Kylie Jenner the Gift of Culture

Tyga took it there on Nicki Minaj’s Beats 1 show on “Queen” Radio. He believes that Kylie Jenner’s recent success as a billionaire cosmetics mogul is due to him.

“You gotta look at the before and after. She always had a platform. She was always destined to be what she was gonna be, regardless,” Tyga continued to Nicki, “But When I stepped in… it was like, you can do this, you should do this, you should start doing your hair like this.”

But it wasn’t just Kylie’s aesthetics that he was weighing in on, he says that he taught Kylie how to relate to the black community as well.

“You need Black people to f*** with you ’cause you need culture. If you ain’t got black people behind you, you ain’t got nothin’. Ain’t nobody gonna listen. You can’t influence nobody. So, I had a lot to do with all that,” he said.
