Your lady parts deserve as much care as the rest of your body, so the best recommendation all around is to wear 100% cotton. That doesn’t mean you have to spend a fortune on your undies, it just means you might have to do a little more research before you fall victim to a 5 for $25 underwear deal.
Ladies, it’s 2020, every type of underwear style has been invented so that means that you’ll be able to find a pair that makes you feel your best, inside and out. And remember, avoid wearing underwear at night while you sleep. Comfort is key, but you probably know that by now.
