Ever wondered what it’d be like inside Donatella Versace’s closet? Us too. This week we lucked out as the designer took to Instagram to give her followers what they’ve been asking for – a peek inside her showroom of a closet.
“So many of you asked to see my closet… well, here it is. It’s Audrey’s closet, too,” she writes, referencing her incredibly adorable terrier.
So, was it everything we imagined and more? Kinda. The clip begins with Versace standing in front of what some would call a stiletto mecca. Shelves and shelves of ankle boots, sandals, and more can be seen in the background – from gold to hot-pink to blood red. Before she guides us to Audrey’s corner (which is larger than any closet—scratch that apartment!—I’ve had in New York), Versace shows off four different colorways from the brand’s Chain Reaction Sneakers – which she’s yet to wear, naturally.
And, yet, she signs off by admitting, “Every morning, I feel I have nothing to wear.” Same, Donatella. Same.
