Kesha and ‘Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness Want to Take You on a Cruise

In what is truly an excellent piece of news for Pride Month, Kesha has announced a festival cruise called “Kesha’s Weird & Wonderful Rainbow Ride” (a very perfect title, IMO). The festival will last for four days, from February 17-21, 2019, and will feature two performances from Kesha herself.

Other performers include Jonathan Van Ness of Queer Eye, Big Freedia, Betty Who, RuPaul’s Drag Race stars Bob the Drag Queen, Thorgy Thor, Detox, and Superfruit. There will be themed nights and, the icing on the cake, a Lip Sync for Your Lifeboat drag challenge hosted by Kesha.

The ship will hold 2,200 guests and will travel from Tampa, Florida, to Nassau, Bahamas, and back again. In case the line-up didn’t already have you sold, the cruise ship will also offer amenities such as a casino, spa, swimming pool, hot tubs, and more. The true question: Will this be heaven, or will this be heaven?

The double-occupancy staterooms will begin at $895 per person, plus tax. The first 200 cabins to book will receive an autographed Kesha poster.

“We will let go of the worries in our lives together on the open sea,” Kesha said. “We will all be on a rainbow-glitter filled trip together where the dance parties never end. I’m bringing some of my most fabulous friends and fellow performers to make sure your boogie feet never stop.”

Save your dollars and register for the cruise pre-sale on Rainbow Ride’s website.
