Nicolette Mason Launches Extended-Size Capsule Collection

The topic of body diversity and plus-size fashion has never been more relevant than today, thanks in large part to a variety of outspoken influencers, publishers, and brands—like ASOS Curve, J.Crew, Madewell, Eloquii, and most recently, Reformation—who are shining a light on inclusivity and extending the idea of ‘size.’ So, it’s powerful to see the momentum continue with luxury online retailer 11 Honoré hosting another exciting launch.

Former Teen Vogue contributor and blogger Nicolette Mason curated the three-piece capsule collection with Veda, working closely with 11 Honore founder Patrick Herning and VEDA founder Lyndsey Butler to design a collection—in sizes up to a 20—that offers playful everyday fashion statements, which haven’t traditionally been produced in a plus-size range.

Wild thing 🐅 and I just want to say one related but not super related thing here: I absolutely would not be the person I am today without my LGBTQ community. It’s just a matter of fact. I learned to love myself through the love of my queer siblings, and especially my femme and trans siblings who saw my beauty when I couldn’t see it myself. Right now, our community is being threatened – and I would love a pledge from everyone outside of our community to help us fight whatever may be on the horizon – whether that be through direct action, donating, protesting, giving money and financial support to trans and non binary people, calling your senators and congresspeople, and advocacy that the trans community #wontbeerased. I’m sharing lots of resources in my stories if you’d like to learn more about ways to help ❤️

In an interview with Vogue magazine, Mason explained that the pieces are “fun to mix and match that stand out on their own but aren’t unrelatable or inaccessible”.

As a designer, Mason has previous design experience, starting her own fashion brand, Premme, with fellow blogger and entrepreneur Gabi Gregg .
