MYAR Casual pants. These pants were adopted by the Italian Navy for troops and cadets while on board and in the ranks. They were made with an extremely strong 100% cotton fabric. They were also used during regattas and boat rides where it was very important for cadets to wear durable and practical garments. MYAR Jackets. This item is known as the M65 field jacket and is part of the M65 uniform. It was made with a resistant olive green 100% cotton fabric and was used between 1965 and 2000. The Communist Cuban Army, who in turn were inspired by the US forces, were the inspiration for the M65 uniform. We can then assume indirectly that the Hungarian Army derived these uniforms from the American Army and this is the reason why the M65 is almost identical to the M51 developed by the USA during the Korean War. The M65 was distributed amongst all ranks of the Military, officials included, and was also worn by police officers, even if in this case it was in a different grayish color. This "Tiger Stripe" pattern was an adaptation of the British design developed during the Malyasian conflict in the 1950s, and in turn was based on experience fighting the Japanese in World War II. This is the case of the old "Campagnola" jacket introduced at the end of the '70s and used until its exhaustion at the end of the '80s and beginning of the '90s. The jacket was counted among the service uniforms and was supplied to the ground troops of the Italian army. It was studied and designed on the basis of the old concept of the American M-51 jackets, in which the revolution of the removable internal padding was introduced. In this case, we have an inner jacket made with synthetic padding that could be removed depending on the temperature of the soldier. The outer jacket is made of waterproof sateen and ensures excellent performance against the elements, and it also has a hood that can be hidden in the back of the collar if necessary. The jacket could therefore be used not only in winter, but very often was brought by soldiers, with the padding removed, even in the hottest months.
