Russian accessories and headwear designer, Yana Markova creates one-of-a-kind, intricate designs that have garnered attention with the likes of Fashion Collection Magazine, Marie Claire Russia and L’Officiel Middle East. After nearly 15 years of designing clothing and jewelry for big-name brands, she realized her true calling in creating unique, original items with Baroque influence. For her debut collection, she dressed models in Samurai-inspired designs, paired with convoluted head guards shaped like dragon jaws. Yana gave the collection a slogan—“Have no fear!”—which has since become her mantra. With noteworthy pieces becoming paramount in the accessories world and an ambition to succeed, Yana has a long and fearless career ahead of her.
