Kim Kardashian’s New KKW Beauty Campaign Is Pretty Wild

News of Kanye and Kim’s surreal, bizarre trip to Uganda has been documented in great detail by the media the last few days, but let’s not ignore something also pretty wild from the Kim Kardashian camp.

Legendary photographer David LaChapelle shot Kardashian for her new KKW Beauty campaign, and there’s a naked man and stunning, metallic shades of deep blue involved.

The campaign is for Kardashian’s collection of “bright and jewel-toned” pressed and loose powder pigments which will be released Friday at noon. On her Oct. 17 Instagram Stories, she teased the new products. For the Flashing Lights Collection pressed powder pigments, the names are, of course, very glam: “Freaky”, “Big Bank”, “New Drip”, “Flashy”, “Bands”, “Extra Glass”, and “Extra.”

For the loose powder pigments, the names are: “Fire”, “Rollie”, “Ice Glaze”, “Floss”, “Guap”, “High Key”, “Grill.”

In an Instagram post, Kim K said the collection comes in “7 prismatic and jewel-toned shades providing versatility & dimension to your favorite makeup looks.”

This isn’t the first time she’s worked with LaChapelle – he shot the 2013 Kardashian Kristmas kards for the family. The collection drops Oct. 19 at 12pm PST at kkwbeauty.com.
