Earlier today, Meghan Markle was spotted… walking her dog *gasp*. A CBS Miami reporter noticed the new duchess outside of Kensington Palace in London, and snapped a little photo for the Twitterverse, because, of course, a woman walking her dog is breaking news.
Lisa Petrillo, the CBS Miami reporter, happened to take her picture at a very inopportune time for Guy, Markle’s beagle rescue. To put it bluntly, the pup was mid-poop.
So incredibly enough, walking by @kensingtonroyal -we spotted this beautiful, woman with a familiar air”outside the entrance to the private residence where Harry& Meghan live . While Petrillo was a bit more shocked at the fact that Meghan Markle is a person who does actual person things, we’re a little bit more focused on the dog. Dog poop is never pleasant—trust me, as a dog-mom to three beautiful bulldogs, I KNOW—but dogs are cute, and they are especially cute when they’re pooping. Have you ever caught a dog mid-poop? They look so embarrassed with vulnerable little looks on their faces, you can’t help but laugh a little.
Meghan Markle, on the other hand, had opted for a slightly less elevated look than we’ve known her to wear. Forgoing the Givenchy and McCartney, Markle wore an all-black ensemble complete with a baseball cap and sneakers, likely hoping to not be recognized. But Miss Markle, you have come a long way from lifetime movies and a USA show. As a member of the royal family, you will always be recognized and it will always be breaking news when your dog poops.
